All our crackers are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers in Sivakasi, known as India’s fireworks hub.

Yes, in addition to our online platform where customers can browse and place orders, we also have our physical store at Sivakasi - Sattur Road, Virudhunagar Tamil Nadu - 626189.

You can select your preferred crackers from our website and add those to your cart and submit an order request. Our team will then contact you to confirm the details. Once the payment for your order is completed by you, we will dispatch your order thru any one of the reputed transport agencies.

As per legal regulations, firecrackers cannot be sold online using a payment gateway. Therefore, we only accept direct payments. We do not sell crackers online.

For the quotation we provide, you can pay us using NEFT/RTGS using your net-banking or thru your bank branch, transfer via UPI using applications such as BHIM, GPay etc. We do not offer cash-on-delivery option. Yes. There is a minimum order value restriction for each order. The value will be updated time to time and you can find this at the top of the website and at the cart page.

Once the order is placed, you cannot modify the order. However, you can request cancellation by contacting us over phone. Refunds will be processed accordingly if payment for the order is already completed.

No. We ship your order thru any one of the reputed transport agencies that has office in your city. You will have to collect your package from the transport agency on your own.

We dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours once we confirm your payment for the order. Your order will reach your city within the next 24 - 48 hours once we dispatch it. In some cases such as natural calamities, seasonal traffic and legal checks the delivery to your city by the transport agency shall get delay, which is out of our control.

We do not charge you for delivery. The cost for transporting your order is not included in the order cost and the same is decided and charged by the transporting agency directly. You will be paying the delivery cost directly to the transporting agency and the cost will vary from time to time and size of your order.

We typically deliver to all cities in Tamil Nadu. However, during festival seasons, our delivery coverage may be limited as transport agencies prioritize handling increased order volumes. The list of other states we ship to may change periodically, and you can check the latest availability on the cart page.

Of course, yes. You can track the status of your order on the specific order's page. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us, which will contain a direct link to your order page where you can find all necessary information about your order including the order status. Additionaly, on Support > Order Tracking page, entering your order ID and email address you used to book your order, will take you to your order page.
